Recon — our AI warm-market CRM Chrome extension — cleared the Chrome Web Store review and is live for anyone to install. No more "load unpacked dev mode" instructions, no more zip files, no more "you have to be in our beta." Anyone who knows the URL can search for **Recon by Iron Front** in the Chrome Web Store and add it in two clicks.

**What changes for existing customers:** if you've already installed Recon via the dev-mode path, nothing breaks. Your contacts, your voice profile, your auto-capture history — all of it stays put. You can keep running the dev-mode build, or you can switch to the Web Store version (recommended) at [Open Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/recon-by-iron-front/nogjcgigakbkknmolnckgicliklnmknh). Same extension, same auth, same data.

**What changes for new customers:** the friction is gone. After checkout on /recon, the success page sends you straight to the Web Store listing. Add to Chrome, pin to toolbar, open Facebook, draft your first opener. ~60 seconds, end to end.

**Why this matters:** the Web Store listing is the marketing surface we couldn't get to until now. It's discoverable from Google searches for "AI warm-market" / "Facebook DM AI" / "MLM follow-up Chrome extension." That's the cold-traffic flywheel Recon has been waiting on.

**What's new in the install flow:**

• `/dashboard/extension` now leads with **Add to Chrome** as the primary CTA, with the dev-mode path collapsed below for the team / founding cohort
• The welcome email Olivia sends after checkout links directly to the Web Store
• `/recon/success` swaps the placeholder "install link" for the real listing URL
• The reply-drafter copy on `/dashboard/messages/draft` finally says what it should — "Recon is live, use this paste path on mobile or outside Chrome"
